Glass cleaning

When attempting to clean your glass yourself, make sure your stove glass is completely cold. If it is still hot/warm you risk cracking the glass, even though it is ceramic glass it isn't indestructible. There are many cleaning products on the market which help removing deposits on the glass. Or a good tip is damp news paper mixed with ash from the stove itself. However there is a point in which the deposits will build up and will become unremovable, so little and often is more effective than leaving it until it has completely blacked over.
